Royal House
Residential Projects
The architecture of Royal House mixes the neoclassical and contemporary style and is signed by the architect Aquiles Nícolas Kílaris. The façade has double-height column moldings that impose the entrance to the property. It was built for a family made up of a couple of businessmen and two children who love football. The residence is fully automated and intelligent, as it answers the voice command. The ground floor is completely integrated, with no division of walls and is also formed by a dining room, lunch room, kitchen and laundry. The interior decoration is that of the designer Iara Kílaris, who designed for the sumptuous living, white paged marble flooring and fireplace. Light sofas and armchairs decorate the space that received hints of gold on the pillows, the stripe of the fabric of the armchairs and some decorative objects. In the bathroom, the basin is gilded, as well as the images of the scenery panel installed in front of the mirror. The home office is multipurpose, also used as a music room, and video game. In the mezzanine, which has the function of making the distribution to the three suites (master, son's suite and guest's suite), Iara created a small conversation room with four armchairs where the oil blue was used. Blue is also present in a gallery of precious stones installed on the wall of the buffet. This buffet has a minibar and coffee maker. The master suite is very sophisticated and luxurious. All in black and white has the floor, including the closet, covered by a beautiful rug with geometric designs. The headboard is tufted, a pattern that is repeated on the wall and in front of the bathroom cabinets. The crystal chandelier, chairs and black velvet curtains complete the space. The leisure area consists of an organic shaped pool and a complete and air-conditioned gourmet area. The panel doors, when closed, protect from rain and extreme temperatures. Open, they integrate the spaces. The dining table received an illuminated straight stone. The same material was used to cover the grill hood and the buffet wall designed to organize the utensils used in the space.
