Piracicaba House
Residential Projects
Parties and large events are part of the life of this young man who lives in a closed condominium in the city of Piracicaba, in the interior of São Paulo. He is a prosperous entrepreneur in the field of events and entertainment and for this reason he needed a home where he could receive friends and even customers, without interfering too much in the routine and privacy of the house. Thinking about it, the architect Aquiles Nícolas Kílaris created a project where the main body of the property is integrated and at the same time distant from the leisure area. This integration is made by a walkway covered by a slab, which provides a pleasant walk through the garden, passing by the pool and landscaping, until you reach the super complete gourmet area. And speaking of the pool, it is a highlight of the leisure area. Its organic forms created several islands of contemplation. The main one is a small beach where the sun loungers are partially submerged in the water, allowing for a refreshing sun bath. The architecture of the house mixes several styles. The external façade is imposing, contemporary and with neoclassical features, with columns, pediments and friezes standing out. These elements add volume to the construction. The internal facade, which faces the gourmet space, has won the curves and sinuous features that are the trademark of the professional. The interior of the house is clean and completely integrated, referring to the idea of the loft where the businessman lived before he married and which also bears Kílaris' signature. On the upper floor, the couple's master suite is located next to the baby's room, which is themed on the animal world, in white and brown colors.
