Paradise House
Residential Projects
Located in the municipality of Jundiaí, in the interior of São Paulo, Casa Paraíso was designed by the architect Aquiles Nícolas Kílaris. Right on the facade, we find the concrete sculptures in "S", which mark the entrance of the residence and give different movement to the business card of this property, with 719 m2 of built area. All its architecture is imposing and its trademark is curved lines and organic forms, which are part of the professional's own style of work. On the sidewalk, large circles with Portuguese stones were created with various colors to give contrast and a feeling of depth, causing the impression that these circular shapes are coming out of the ground. Complementing the façade, a landscaping was created with an illuminated palm tree and a wall with well demarcated sinuous shapes. Upon entering the residence, we are faced with the total integration of environments. Living, dining, home theater and kitchen live side by side harmoniously. In the kitchen, only a counter for quick meals and cooking separates this space from the dining table. And in the home theater a sliding door allows the integration or total privacy of this environment. Going up the stairs, we find a mezzanine that distributes to the four suites designed for the couple and their three children. This mezzanine was also used as an intimate room. In it, the architect placed a glass floor, which allows the visualization of the entire ambience of the ground floor. The leisure area is complete with a swimming pool, spa, waterfall, sauna, dressing room, balcony and relaxation areas. The decor of the gourmet space is clean, all in white and beige, with an illuminated service bench, barbecue and dining table. The owners requested a lap at the pool. The architect complied with the request, maintaining the organic shapes that make the pools he designed true works of art. It has a spa, lights that change color and a central waterfall that merges with the landscape.
