Orchid House
Residential Projects
The integration between the environments is the highlight of this architectural project signed by Aquiles Nícolas Kílaris and designed exclusively for a young couple. The residence with two floors gained movement of curves on the facade and a clean decoration that accompanies the contemporary architecture. The entire social area is on the ground floor, as living, dining room and home theater leisure is harmoniously united. Forget that wall-enclosed dining room design, separated from the whole house, with exclusive access only through a door. The first rule for contemporary projects today is the integration and use of few walls. In our projects, livings and dining rooms coexist harmoniously in the same space, marked only by furniture, sideboards and buffets. Comfort and refinement cannot be lacking. Those who imagine that this is an exclusive orientation for apartments and small environments are mistaken. Integration can and should be used in projects of any size. There are many options for chandeliers, which can range from fine fabrics to delicate crystals. The kitchen, designed in white and black, has wooden panels on the wall that provide contrast and warmth. It is separated from the living room only by a quick meals counter. It is also essential that the room has comfortable chairs and a table that accommodates the number of people using the environment. Mirrors are great allies. In addition to expanding the space, they represent the fortune and prosperity of Feng Shui. Another option is the sideboards with trays of glasses and cups, which help in the beverage service to serve the guests, in addition to ensuring a touch of sophistication in the decoration of the environment. The home theater has a large sliding door, which allows both complete integration with the social area, as well as leaving the reserved space. A 3D panel with an urban night image adds charm to the space. Going up the ladder projects in the shape of an "S", three suites are located, one of them being the couple's, which has a mother-of-pearl wall covering. In the master bath, the imperial brown marble adds refinement to the space, composed of double sinks and showers and a bathtub. The leisure area, integrated with the internal spaces by a large glass door, is formed by the gourmet space, organic pool, spaces for relaxation and dressing room.
