Limeira House
Residential Projects
The unusual shapes that emerge from a bold architectural project have no limits. Signed by the architect Aquiles Nícolas Kílaris, this residence located in the city of Limeira - interior of São Paulo - has as its central highlight a large glass cloth in double height and a pivoting door, which gives the property its grandeur. From this element, the house grows architecturally to the sides, gaining "wings", breadth, freedom and beauty. Kílaris' work philosophy is present in each feature of this project, which combines contemporaneity with curved lines and beautiful organic forms. The 752.44 m² house was built with two floors. Right at the entrance you can see the integration of the environments. Living, dining room, kitchen and leisure area are fully integrated. In the living room, the highlight is the piano. The neutral colors, with details in black and red, were designed to accompany the musical instrument. The lining of the double height wall of this "living room" is made of canjiquinha stone. The kitchen, with a neutral and classic decoration base, received wood tones and black and white colors. A dash of red on the lunch table chandelier brings the atmosphere to life. Cooking, with sliding doors open, you can see the entire social area of the house. The intimate area is located on the second floor. From the mezzanine it is possible to check the integration of the social area. He also does the distribution for the son and daughter's master suite. The leisure area - a paradisiacal setting in this residence - is composed of a gourmet space complete with barbecue, stove, grill and a giant hood that serves these three elements. TV and many cabinets that guarantee the functionality and practicality of the environment were also installed on site. The granite dining counter - designed in an "S" shape - is accompanied by tables and chairs that support the space. From this place it is possible to admire the entire interior of the house. The pool was designed in an organic format and is accompanied by a spa and a waterfall exists on the pergola built next to it. Oyster chairs and sun loungers were placed around the pool, creating corners for rest and relaxation.
