Flora House
Residential Projects
This project was developed for a young business couple and their two children, a teenage girl and her baby brother. The architecture of the house bears the trademark of the architect Aquiles Nícolas Kílaris, blending curved lines and organic forms with contemporary style. The house has two facades. The exterior features curves, a double-height glass cloth and two columns that add grandeur to the property. The internal façade faces the leisure area and organic forms prevail in the design of the project. The property has two floors and a complete leisure area. Upon entering the room, the visitor is greeted by a social area that has integrated environments. Living and dining room with clean decor in pastel colors, came to life with the red color of a wall and works of art. The staircase, designed and conceived as a work of art, takes an architectural tour of the house. Under it, a water mirror was created with fountains and carp, a special request from the owner of the house. The kitchen can be integrated into the social area, but can also be reserved by closing the sliding doors. All in white, with a red silestone dining bench, it gains even more personality with the black bench chairs. The complete leisure area has a gourmet space with contemporary decor with barbecue, stove, oven, dining bench, beer cooler, side table, a stylized butterfly shaped pool, spa, waterfall, sauna with pool color tables and nooks relaxation area with sofas loungers. On the second floor, the children's rooms, a guest room and the master suite were designed. In the girl's room, all in pink, the highlight is the butterfly drawn on the ceiling plaster, which received internal light. The master suite has a common bathroom, with two basins, two showers and a bathtub with chromotherapy overlooking an external garden. In addition, the suite has two separate sleeping spaces, hers and his.
