The possibilities that the tracing of curved lines and organic forms give to the architectural projects of Aquiles Nícolas Kílaris are inexhaustible. With each challenge, a new design and a new volumetry that transform buildings into true works of art. The Casa Buriti project reflects this dynamism - inspired by the forms of nature and Oscar Niemayer's legacy - in the architect's work. When contemplating this facade, we find the unusual movement provided by the curves of the roof beam with the balcony beam. Giving even more life to this creation, a new and subtle curvilinear line is born from the great curve of the roof beam, proving that it is always possible to dare and innovate when the subject is sinuous. The high and imposing ceiling, combined with the large colonnades - which reflect the influence of Greek architecture on the layout of Kílaris - and the robust volumetry of the facade mark the versatility of the project. The steps leading to the entrance received special lighting and stained glass windows were used around the large door to frame it. Ensuring the quality of the final result, the entire administration of this work - carried out in a closed condominium in the city of Americana / SP - was under the responsibility of the Kílaris office team. The architectural project of 538 square meters of built area includes two floors and the integration of environments. The social area is located on the ground floor. Living, dining room and bar are completely integrated in a single space without any walls and with contemporary and comfortable decor. Going up the living room staircase - which besides being functional is a true art sculpture in the environment - there is a mezzanine overlooking the entire social area and also the external area of the house. On this floor are also located a small support pantry, the office and the suites of the couple and their two teenage children. Large glass spans in the facade that gives access to the leisure area allow the integration between the internal and external environments. Leisure consists of swimming pool, complete gourmet space, sauna and exercise room. In the gourmet oven, stove and barbecue were designed and a large hood embraces all of this equipment. A cobra dish was installed on the dining table. The pool, with its organic forms, refers to the image of a refreshing lake. The design of the shower is also signed by the architect.
